Ambassador Requirements
Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and merchants for ROUTE products or services
Working with ROUTE’ marketing department to learn and implement marketing strategy
Understand vision, mission, goals, products, services to represent Route voice and personality
Posting ROUTE services or products on social media platforms at minimum twice a week (1 individual content + 1 reshare) to drive brand awareness and attract new customers
Posting videos and reviews about ROUTE, inviting friends to events via social networking sites
Sharing ideas with supervisors about new ways to promote the brand
Tracking media campaigns, metrics and customer preferences and delivering findings bi-weekly
Monitoring feedback from customers and escalating complaints to ROUTE team
Measuring metrics for ongoing campaigns and making adjustments as necessary
